You may only take part in this contest, (i) until 28 February 2022, midnight. You must be logged in succesfully on the Watchmaster website, (ii) have agreed to these terms and conditions and refer to (iii) the Watchmaster newsletter at the time of the drawing up to and including 28 February 2022. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

A claim for registration of the subscriber to this competition does not exist.

Participation is open to those who 18 years of age or older. Each participant may register for this contest only once.

Automatic registration to the newsletter as a method for entering the sweepstakes is not permitted.

Employees of Watchmaster, their family, or roommates who are under the same household are excluded from participation in this Sweepstakes.

Persons will be excluded from this sweepstakes by Watchmaster for any of the following reasons, (i) use of prohibited methods for entry, (ii) attempts to manipulate the competition which increase their chances of winning, or (iii) breach of these terms and conditions. If it turns out that the winner of the contest should be excluded according to Paragraph 2, Watchmaster reserves the right to subsequently withdraw and recover the winnings.

The operation of the sweepstakes and the selection of the prize lies exclusively with Watchmaster.

The winner will be determined after 28 February 2022 from among all who registered for this Sweepstakes users via the entry procedure. Watchmaster will thus determine the winner and announce the winner through the newsletter. Every participant is responsible for the accessibility of their e-mail address.

The winnings will be given to that person or by a proxy appointed in writing by the winner at Watchmaster in Charlottenstrasse 60, 10117 Berlin during regular business hours, Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 7pm. The pickup time has to be appointed with Watchmaster beforehand either by phone or email. The winner must present valid identification to pickup the prize.

Watchmaster will publish the winner's name on watchmaster.com using the winner's full name. The winner agrees to this form of publication. In addition, photographs of the winner will be taken by Watchmaster when you pick up the prize and they will be used with the consent of the winner for promotional purposes.

A cash payment of property income does not take place.

If the winner within two (2) calendar weeks after the announcement of the winner on the newsletter does not claim the prize, then the prize will become forfeited. After the is forfeited a new winner will be drawn and notified with the same methods as mentioned in section 3.2. In this case, no further publication of the name of the original winner by Watchmaster will be done.

Watchmaster reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without notice or reason. This option gives Watchmaster flexibility, if for technical reasons (eg viruses of the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software occur) or for legal reasons, proper operation of the Sweepstakes may not be guaranteed.

If any provision of the Contest Rules become invalid, the validity of the remaining Contest Rules shall remain unaffected.

For this competition, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the CISG. In business dealings with consumers within the European Union, consumers will have their rights upheld where applicable, unless it is mandatory consumer law.
