TAG Heuer Connected Modular uniquely combines design, quality and innovation. The Smartwatch, which is equipped with extremely modern technology and manufactured in Swiss watchmaking tradition, was developed in collaboration with Intel and is equipped with Android Wear OS.

The first models of the series came on the market with a 45mm housing, a millimeter smaller than the predecessor model TAG Heuer Connected. Meanwhile, there is also a 41mm version. Both variants have a very high display resolution: The Modular 45 has resolution of 400 x 400 pixels, the Modular 41 a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels. The touch display is equipped with multi-finger recognition and is made of scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. With a water resistance of up to 50 meters, this watch is even more functional.

With the material, this watch offers a variety of possibilities. Ceramic, titanium or rose gold, set with or without diamonds. A bracelet made of ceramic, leather or rubber with a non-removable folding clasp - here every watch fan will find something. With more than 60 models you can choose between 4000 individual options.

A characteristic of the Connected Modular is that it has both digital and mechanical modules and is therefore individually adaptable. It is powered by an Intel Atom processor. Also in terms of sensor technology and functionality, the TAG Heuer Connected Modular will not be mimicked so fast: It is equipped with GPS, NFC, accelerometer, gyroscope, tilt sensor, microphone and vibration and haptic engine.

The story of the TAG Heuer Connected Modular watch

The watch manufacturer Heuer was founded in 1860 by Swiss watchmaker Edouard Heuer. From 1880 he was the first watchmaker in the world to produce chronographs in series production. This milestone was followed by a success story that continues to this day. For more than four generations, the successful company was family-owned, most recently run by entrepreneur Jack Heuer. In 1985, the merger with the TAG group took place. Along with this, the classic Heuer Logo, which today only is carried by vintage models, has been changed to the TAG Heuer logo, which is known today.
In 2015, TAG Heuer launched its first smartwatch: TAG Heuer Connected. Equipped with Intel hardware and Android Wear Operating System, it was considered an innovative new release of the year. As early as 2017, the development of the high-tech watch, the Connected Modular, followed. Unlike its predecessor, it allows you to switch between mechanical and digital modules.
